Believe it or not, The Vagus Nerve has nothing at all to do with how you feel at a blackjack table!

It\\u2019s actually the longest nerve in your body, starting at the base of your brain and wrapping around all the vital organs below your pelvis.

\\n

The Vagus Nerve connects the three \\u2018Minds\\u2019 of our bodies: The Brain, The Heart, and The Gut; and it is responsible for a vast array of health benefits or detriments, depending on the vagal tone.

\\n

I offer several modalities to increase your vagal tone, but my favorite, by far, is Lovingkindness and Compassion practices.
