Earlier this week, we talked about how the emotional energy inside each of us has an impact on those with whom we interact.

This is part of our intuitive capabilities and is extremely valuable in many ways.

Like when you meet someone new, you have an innate sense of trust or distrust within seconds.

And when we train ourselves to pay attention to this intuition, we can make adjustments to our interpersonal relationships in the interest of our well-being.

While this is all very important, it only really addresses our interpersonal experiences.

But what about our intrapersonal experiences?

That is, what about our experiences that don’t involve any other people?

Well, I have really good news!

The fact is that the same logic applies to all that we consume in our daily lives.

In the same way, our intuition can keep us safe from the danger posed by a ‘toxic’ person in our lives, intuition can also tell us that the media, food, and intoxicants pose a danger to us.

All it requires is for us to pay attention.

In today’s video, I offer an invitation to practice this awareness of our bodies as we consume anything at all.

The more we practice this, the deeper our awareness becomes and the more habitual the process of checking in becomes as well.

Please let me know if you would like some help incorporating this practice into your daily life!
