Ever since I first heard the term ‘Pet Peeve’, I was baffled at the fact that we would love something that bothers us so much that we’d call it a ‘pet’.

But at the same time, I had so many of these Pet Peeves that I just figured it was normal on some level.

And for many years, I struggled with the things that ‘Always annoyed me’ and stress became a huge presence and hindrance in my life, affecting every aspect of my life and preventing my happiness in many ways.

It was only when I came to understand that the source of my stress was the thoughts produced by these pet peeves that I came to learn about the nature of my brain to strive for two things:

Automation and the familiar.

Through some very simple practices, I have reframed the automatic nature of my brain and developed the skill to bring this activity into my conscious awareness.

And now, not only do I have no more pet peeves, I actually have almost nothing that annoys me or takes away my happiness.

Would you like to learn how to do this for yourself?
