Right now, is there something I should accept?

Whenever we find ourselves struggling through an experience, there\\u2019s a very good chance we have engaged in judgment.

\\n

When we judge something as \\u2018Good\\u2019 we will struggle with keeping that thing as long as possible.

\\n

And when we judge something as \\u2018Bad\\u2019 we will struggle to get rid of that thing as soon as possible.

\\n

The struggle will manifest itself as stress in the body, which will only make things worse.

\\n

The solution is to let go of what we might be clinging to and to accept what we might be pushing away.

\\n

So by training ourselves to simply notice if there is something to accept or let go of, we can significantly reduce the harmful stress in our bodies.

\\n
