EP 395: The Skill of Well Being (And How You Can Develop It)

Well being is not an accident.

\\n

It\\u2019s not some kind of cosmic lottery in which some of us get to have well being and others don\\u2019t.

\\n

Well being is a skill. And like any other skill - and I do mean any other skill - it is trainable.

\\n

This means that with practice - and it turns out, not a whole lot of practice - you can develop physical, mental, and emotional well being.

\\n

One of the easiest practices to develop well being - and the one that seems to create a permanent, physiological change in the neural circuitry of the brain in an incredibly short time - is generosity.

\\n

In today\\u2019s video, I invite you to do a very simple practice every day for the rest of this month.

\\n
