Well being is not an accident.
\\nIt\\u2019s not some kind of cosmic lottery in which some of us get to have well being and others don\\u2019t.
\\nWell being is a skill. And like any other skill - and I do mean any other skill - it is trainable.
\\nThis means that with practice - and it turns out, not a whole lot of practice - you can develop physical, mental, and emotional well being.
\\nOne of the easiest practices to develop well being - and the one that seems to create a permanent, physiological change in the neural circuitry of the brain in an incredibly short time - is generosity.
\\nIn today\\u2019s video, I invite you to do a very simple practice every day for the rest of this month.
