\\nSelf regulation, in the face of our emotions, allows us to be present and therefore happy.
\\nAnd self regulation, in the face of our emotions, allows us to make decisions and take actions that work toward - and not against - our benefit.
\\nWhen we look at it like this, it is easy to see why self regulation is such a valuable skill!
