‘I always feel like there’s just not enough time in my day.’

When I hear this from someone, I know that this person suffers from chronic stress.

They don’t know it, because they feel ‘normal’...

Because they just have a high pressure job...

Because parenting is hard and demanding.

But I know it because, about 10 years ago, I learned to see my chronic stress.

And once I learned to see my stress, the next step of controlling my stress was easy.

When we see our stress in our body at the early stage - a simple and otherwise hardly noticeable physical sensation - it is very manageable.

But when we don’t see it until it’s hijacked our day, there are few options available to us and we’re mostly in damage control mode at this point.

Would you like to learn to see the stress in your body when it’s just a teeny little feeling?
