In my work as a coach who focuses on emotional intelligence, I talk a lot about fear.

Of course, fear is the very basis of all the negative emotions we can possibly feel.

But I mean negative in the sense of polarity.

Not in the sense of ‘bad’ as opposed to ‘good’.

To see fear in this non-judging way is important, because it allows us to accept fear and learn from it.

By judging our fear, we actually wind up living in it.

But by befriending our fear, we can transform it from a future-based sense of anxiety to a present moment awareness of danger.

From this non judging awareness, we can use logic and understanding to move from anxiety to excitement.

And in excitement, we will almost always find creativity and fun.

This will allow for beaming self confidence and destroy any limiting beliefs we might hold.

And our outcomes will automatically be more beneficial to us and all those whose lives we touch.

What do you think about this?
