Before we ever open our mouths or make a single physical gesture, we\\u2019re already impacting those around us.
\\nThis impact comes from our level of PRESENCE.
\\nWhen you get off a zoom call and head into the living room to check on the kids, you may be physically present with them.
\\nBut are you TRULY present?
\\nOr is your mind still on that call, trying to resolve the emotions it brought up?
\\nWell, your kids can tell.
\\nWhen they sense your presence, they feel safe and they feel like they matter.
\\nThis is enormously beneficial to their emotional development and in today\\u2019s video I go over a very simple exercise you can do to get present before you transition from work to home (which these days is only one room away!!!)
