As we judge ourselves, the others in our lives, or even the situations that life throws at us from time to time, we wind up in mental states that cause us emotional suffering.

And this emotional suffering prevents us from being present with our lives.

\\n

In other words, the emotional suffering prevents you from showing up with all our dynamic creativity that makes you who you really are.

It\\u2019s very simple to mitigate and neutralize the judging that leads to all these problems.

The solution lies in kindness and compassion.

\\n
