Because most of us live in relative safety, without constant physical threats, our stress is mostly misguided, if you will.

\\nThe stress response of our bodies is designed to help us survive a physical threat.

\\nBut most of us feel stress when we\\u2019re sitting in our safe home, or our safe car, or our safe office; far from any kind of physical threat.

\\nThat\\u2019s because the stress we feel is generated by our thinking.
\\n
