When we find ourselves regretting our actions and wishing we could take back something that’s happened, it’s almost always because we REACTED to, as opposed to having RESPONDED to an experience.

And one of the most amazing results of Mindfulness practices is the cultivation or the habit of RESPONSE.

Any time we find ourselves reacting to something, we’re being driven by our implicit biases and memories.

Or we’re driven by the emotions associated with our past trauma.

Whatever the driving force, ultimately we’re relinquishing our power.

Mindfulness practices get that paper back to us.

Ultimately, through this power, we eliminate the circumstances of regret and live a more intentional, balanced, and healthier life.

In the video here, I give you a super simple practice that can help you develop this competency.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
