As we live with chronic stress, one of the more dangerous outcomes is how much we NORMALIZE the arising sensations.

\\nWe normalize the fatigue, memory loss, our tendency toward illness, and the emotional reactivity that comes from chronic stress.

\\nWe also normalize the INSOMNIA that comes from chronic stress.
\\n
\\nBetween chronic stress and chronic insomnia (which have an undeniably causal relationship to each other), we barely give our bodies\\u2019 health or life\\u2019s prosperity a fighting chance!

\\nAnd, perhaps most dangerous of all, as we normalize all of this over years and years, they become deeply entrenched HABITS.

\\nAnd once this happens, change becomes more difficult.
