\\nAnd like any other skill, it is trainable with practice.

\\nOne of the most important aspects of well being is getting back to the basic sense of innate goodness we possess when we come into the world - to cultivate the awareness of this goodness within ourselves and within all other people, we see and interact with every day.

\\nThis is especially helpful for parents, as this basic sense of innate goodness in our children can seem to get lost along the road of growing up!
