Most people recognize and understand the health risks associated with chronic stress.

\\nAnd most people accept and understand that paying attention to the unfolding, moment to moment experience, without judgment is key to reducing and avoiding chronic stress.
\\n
\\nBut most people also feel like they don\\u2019t have the time, or the room in their lives, to learn and practice meditation and mindfulness.
\\n
\\nAnd that\\u2019s why it\\u2019s very helpful to start simple.
\\n
\\nFor some, that means just trying to practice for a few minutes a day.
\\n
\\nBut some people feel that even that is too much.
\\n
\\nAnd for those folks, I have very good news: it can be as simple as setting intentions throughout the day.
