One of the greatest challenges to reducing, or even avoiding, the stress response in our bodies is recognizing the stress response in our bodies.

\\nMost people think the sensations, emotions, and thoughts associated with the stress response are normal.

\\nBut when people come to understand how normal is supposed to feel, they are quite pleasantly surprised.
