The stress response in our bodies is always caused by some level of fear.

\\nFear is an emotion that is often caused by other emotions arising from a given experience or thought.

\\nSo when we meet our emotions and thoughts with presence, acceptance, and compassion, we can avoid the fear that arises.

\\nAnd in the absence of fear is the absence of the stress response in our bodies.

\\nAnd in the absence of the stress response is equilibrium and happiness.
\\n
\\nIn the presence of equilibrium and happiness we will find almost endless possibilities.
