For most of us in modern society, stress is the physical response to a mental and emotional experience.

\\nIronically, this physical response actually takes away the very resources we need to solve the problem presented by this mental/emotional experience.

\\nThe solution, then, is to address the emotional experiences and prevent the trigger of this physical response.
\\n
\\nA very effective way to do this is to train yourself and build a skill of moment to moment non-judging awareness.
