b'As we get through these strange and often difficult times, one of the most helpful and important things to remember is the impermanence of this experience. \\n\\nAnd recognizing the impermanence of EVERY experience is even more helpful. \\n\\nBut when we\\u2019re in the midst of challenging times, it\\u2019s very difficult to remember impermanence. \\n\\nDuring challenging times, it can feel like we\\u2019ll NEVER get through it. \\n\\nAnd that\\u2019s where habit comes in. \\n\\nA habit is something your body knows better than your mind does. And it eliminates the need to remember. \\n\\nThe only way to develop a habit is through repetition. Through practice. \\n\\nToday I offer a guided meditation that I think you\\u2019ll like.'
