Zone 4 is back in the red phase. That's after 24 cases were reported in just that zone yesterday. While red doesn't mean that everything must shut down, there will certainly be an effect on businesses. We talk to executive director of the Edmundston Chamber of Commerce, Cathy Pelletier.
