During this episode I discuss why we shouldn’t just be “retaining” women in prestigious positions and why we also need to support the brave women who are ready to exit those positions and create new platforms for success.

We explore the reasons that have been given as to why women are leaving prestigious positions and how we have barely scratched the surface for the unconscious bias that exists for women in traditionally male dominated roles. I ask important questions around whether equality is enough and how do we begin to shape the world of prestige with more feminine based principles?

“As women we are expected to fit into patriarchal versions of success. And we are expected to be contained within its structures, systems and it’s rules. It’s no wonder so many of us feel trapped, caged and suffocated.”
