Nowadays, self -checkout has become so common in every kind of store, even an auto store. Wes tells the story of his experience with lack of help and muses about how customer service has gone downhill.\\xa0

As a salesman, Wes understands the importance of being a good communicator in order to get his customers what they want. He prefers to use voice text so he can hear people\\u2019s emotions and what they are feeling.

He talks about how people want to avoid confrontation, so they resort to texting, as a result, they have no communication skills.\\xa0

In this episode, Wes goes over some of the most recent interviews discussing how people talk to themselves and how to change the negative way of thinking.\\xa0

Also, Wes talks about the victim mentality way of thinking in that it is always about what others do to you. He briefly talks about how to change that.\\xa0
