Turns out kitchens are where you cook and have emotional breakdowns. This week we met an ex host, server, and current grocery store essential employee: Ty Finken. They’ve done God’s work by delivering those amazing cheddar biscuits from America’s favorite red sea food spot. I had a great time learning about what it’s like to tell hungry people to wait, working during the pandemic, and feeling like self medicating might be the only way to get through a hectic day.
