Even though most of us were ready for 2020 to be over and never speak its name again, it is essential to take the time to reflect on the past year and what we learned. This is something that I love doing every year no matter what.\\xa0There were some valuable lessons and many challenges we overcame\\xa0that we should all be proud of. Once we have taken the time to process the\\xa0progress we made in 2020, we can turn our attention to the year ahead.\\xa0
