Can you believe it, I can\'t!\\xa0 This is Scaling UP! H2O\\u2019s 100th\\xa0episode!\\xa0 If you are a listener of the show, you have heard my voice 100 times.\\xa0\\xa0Unbelievable...\\xa0
Hosting this podcast has become a passion of mine.\\xa0 Several years ago, I didn\\u2019t even know what a podcast was, now I\'m celebrating 100 episodes of having a podcast.\\xa0 During the past 100 episodes, I have learned a great deal about several things.
On this episode we are going to celebrate not only what was done over the last 100 episodes, but what we learned, like these:\\xa0
- The importance of having community in our industry?
a.) I don\\u2019t think I can take credit for it, but I have seen a shift in how water treaters reach out to fellow water treaters.\\xa0 Before the show, I didn\'t think crossing company lines was a common practice.\\xa0 But since the show started, I have had several individuals let me know that they have befriended other water treaters and they have both benefited from the new\\xa0relationship. The podcast gave creation to The Scaling UP! Nation!\\xa0 The Scaling UP! Nation! has become the community for industrial water treaters,\\xa0and I think that is amazing.\\xa0 I am humbled to be the\\xa0tribe\\xa0leader of\\xa0our Nation!
- Other people think there\\xa0is\\xa0a need for the podcast:\\xa0
a.) When I started on 4/4/2017, I would have been happy if my company\\u2019s team would have listened to the show.\\xa0 To date we are over 10,000 listeners in over 64 countries and growing every day.\\xa0 If this show didn\'t fill a need, we wouldn\\u2019t have numbers like that.\\xa0 GO Scaling UP! Nation!\\xa0
- It\\u2019s all about the guests:\\xa0
a.) This podcast was the first experience I had interviewing someone, outside of a job opportunity.\\xa0 I learned how others in the podcast community conducted interviews and morphed it to my own style.\\xa0 Interviewing was something I used to fear, now I find it very enjoyable.\\xa0 I have learned so much.\\xa0 Not just how to interview, but on a multitude of topics\\xa0like how\\xa0to be a better listener.\\xa0\\xa0Additionally, our guests have been\\xa0fantastic, not\\xa0only are they knowledgeable, that are at the top in their field.\\xa0 Thank you to\\xa0all of\\xa0our guests!\\xa0
The list goes on but suffice it to\\xa0say, I\\xa0have experienced so many wonderful things in the past 100 episodes.\\xa0
Thank you for being a listener of Scaling UP! H2O.\\xa0 I truly wouldn\\u2019t have been able to get to 100 without you!\\xa0
