Hi, my name is Clive and I\'m a sailor based on the British coast, attempting to restore a 6 ton wooden sailing yacht called Andromeda, built in the 1960s. In this episode I recall a short sailing trip in AWOL a 12ft open boat, known locally as a Smacks Boat. These Swallows & Amazons style boats set one lug sail on a mast with no standing rigging.
