My guest today is the inimitable and supremely articulate Traci Carse.\\xa0Traci is the Occupational Psychologist at Fire and Rescue NSW,\\xa0one of the world\\u2019s largest urban fire and rescue services.\\xa0Traci has significant experience in applying psychology in the workplace through the design and delivery of mental health,\\xa0resilience & wellbeing assessments and interventions across a range of work settings.\\xa0Traci is an Adjunct Fellow of Macquarie University,\\xa0a Board Approved Supervisor,\\xa0a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach,\\xa0and recently held a position on the National Committee,\\xa0College of Organisational Psychologists\\xa0,\\xa0as lead for the APS Workplace Excellence Awards.
