Some are:\n\n- Anxiety Disorders\n- Mood Disorders\n- Schizophrenia disorders\n\nAnxiety Disorders are the most common Mental disorders. \n\n- People with these conditions have severe fear or anxiety related to certain objects or situations. \n- Most people with an anxiety disorder try to avoid exposure to whatever triggers their anxiety.\n\n- - Here are some examples of Anxiety Disorders\n\n- G e n e r a l i z e d A n x i e t y D i s o r d e r -\n\n- Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) involves excessive worry or fear that disrupts everyday living.\n\nPeople may also experience physical symptoms,\xa0including:\n\n- Restlessness\n\n- Fatigue\n\n- Poor concentration\n\n- Tense muscles\n\n- interrupted sleep\n\n\nAnxiety symptoms doesn't necessarily need a specific trigger in people with GAD.\n\nThey may experience excessive anxiety when encountering everyday situations that don't pose a direct danger, such as chores or appointments. \nA person with GAD may sometimes feel anxiety with no trigger at all.\n\nGAD, a type of\xa0anxiety\xa0disorder, is very common. It affects\xa03.1%\xa0of the population (or 6.8 million adults) in the U.S. in any given year. \nIt's more common in women.\n\nLiving with anxiety can be challenging. However, as with other anxiety disorders, GAD is highly treatable. \n- Some of the most effective treatments include Psychotherapy, Medication, and making Lifestyle Changes.\n\nS Y M P T O M S\n\nDoctors diagnose GAD when a person experiences anxiety for\xa06 months or more.\n\nHowever, physical symptoms of the disorder\xa0can vary between cases. Symptoms may improve or worsen at different times. \nFor example, periods of high\xa0stress\xa0or physical illness often cause symptoms to exacerbate for a while. \n\nEmotional and Cognitive symptoms of GAD include:\n\nUncontrollable & Persistent Worries, Fears, & Concerns\n\nan inability to deal with uncertainty about the future\n\nintrusive thoughts\n\nexcessive planning & troubleshooting\n\ndifficulty making decisions\n\nfear of making the \u201cwrong\u201d decision\n\nproblems concentrating\n\nan inability to relax\n\nPhysical symptoms include:\n\ntense or tight muscles\n\naches\xa0and pains\n\ndifficulty sleeping\n\nfatigue\n\nfeeling restless, jumpy, or twitchy\n\nheart palpitations\n\ndigestive issues, such as\xa0nausea\xa0or\xa0diarrhea\n\nbeing easily startled\n\nexcessive sweating\n\nfrequent urination\n\n\nBehavioral symptoms include:\n\nbeing unable to relax or spend \u201cquiet\u201d time alone\n\nswitching between tasks or not finishing tasks due to finding it difficult to concentrate\n\nspending excessive amounts of time completing simple tasks\n\nredoing tasks because they are not \u201cperfect\u201d\n\navoiding situations that trigger anxiety, including socializing with others and speaking in public\n\nmissing school or work due to fatigue, fear, or other symptoms\n\nrequiring reassurance and approval from others\n\nIt is important to note that children and adolescents\xa0may display tightening irritability and anger when experiencing depression or anxiety.\n\nh o u s e k e e p i n g:\n\nShare.
