\n- Exercise for 15 Mins.
\n- Often, We will Do More Than We Set Out to Do, Which is The Goal.
\n2. Begin with the End in Mind
\n- Imagine Your Future & Then Create it.
\n- When you know what you want & Create a Plan to Achieve it, you can work backward to what you need to do each day to Succeed.
\n3. Reward Yourself
\n- Setup an External Reward System.
\n- Have a cheat meal on Sunday when you've worked out daily.
\n- When you've read each day, watch a movie on the weekend.
\n- When we reward the behavior, we're more liekly to maintain a Commitment to the behavior.
\n4. Track Your Progress
\n- Create a Journal
\n- Post Your Results Online
\n- The more you Publicize Your Tracking, the more likely you'll Succeed.
\n- When we add the element of Public Accountability, we increase our likelihood of Persisting.
\n5. Use the When --> Then Hack
\n- Tie the Work to a Specific Activity or Time.
\nFor Example:
\n- When I am done brushing my teeth, I'll Floss
\n- When I Wake Up, I will take the dog for a walk.
\n6. Discipline - - > Motivation
\n- Motivation fades
\n- Discipline Remains
\n- Develop Discipline over time
\n- When you're Consistent, you build your discipline muscles day in & day out. Keep Building.
\n7. Reduce Friction
\n- Choose Goals & Habits, that Align with your Life.
\n- Make it as Simple as possible to form habits.
\n8. Prime Your Environment
\n- If you want to Write, Set Up a Writing Area.
\n- If you want to Work Out, Set Up a Home Gym.
\n- Setting up Our Environment to Faciliate our Desired Habits will mean we are more Likely to Follow Through.
