What If He Thinks My Vagina Is Ugly?
First of all, guys and girls/women, congratulations if you caught yourself thinking "hold on, that title is inaccurate". Yes, the vagina is the passage leading from the uterus to the vulva. The outside, the part most people MEAN when they SAY "vagina", is called vulva. So, really, this episode should be called "What If He Thinks My VULVA Is Ugly?" but I try to title my podcasts "user-friendly" so there we go. A man and his penis are an entity, a dynamic duo, a team. Female genitals are ... ugly, confusing, look like a sea creature, are a whole ecosystem in someone's pants?! There's an episode in "Sex and the City" where Charlotte admits to never having looked at herself, and I would argue that some of us females have looked at more penises than their own genitalia. Female masturbation is a taboo, periods are gross, child-birth makes you loose, and so on. Females are used to their genitals being looked over, disregarded, ignored. A good chunk of men don't look, just do. Don't explore, just assume. Don't ask, because it's none of their business.
