One of the things that took me\\nyears to truly understand was that it is impossible to \\u201clove\\u201d myself when I am\\nexternally referencing. You know, when we compare ourselves in every way shape\\nor form to what we\\u2019ve come to believe we should or have to be. Only to find \\u2013\\nthat we NEVER measure up \\u2013 the playing field keeps changing and we flit off in\\nanother direction of self-improvement so that we can feel good about ourselves.
