Change is hard!

Our body & mind craves homeostasis\\nand attempting to change habits, beliefs or anything else requires us to go\\nthrough a period of discomfort when we mindfully learn to make new choices like\\nregular reading to learn or going to the gym. According to Psychology Today, change\\ncan be made more difficult by changing too many things at once or seeing that\\none change prompts a multitude of other changes making the whole process too\\ncomplex. And sometimes the status quo is just too comfortable.
