\\nHe began taking the calls as a 9-1-1 Dispatcher from 2005. Years of being the calm voice at the other end of the line to those in distress. His name is Ricardo Martinez II and he now provides a platform to other voices on that end of the line when we are reaching out in trouble. \\nIt\'s no secret I\'m a little intrigued by the lives our first responders live. So when I get to unpack more conversations from new perspectives it really ticks the boxes over here in my little podcast factory.
