Ohmegoodness... I\'ve done it again.
\\nPeter Crone is my guest today and I know I\\u2019m not alone in being somewhat of a Peter Crone fan. However, by the end of this podcast you\\u2019re going to have learned a new term.. That is the term \\u2013 to have been \'Croned\'.
\\nThis is the term used for one who sits down with Peter to record a podcast and somehow drags out all of their deepest, darkest issues. Much like the Dr Bill Saunders episode 168 I thought we may as well roll with it and you guys can walk by my side on my little therapeutic journey of healing a few childhood wounds.
\\nMy intention was to meander through some ideas and Peter\'s perspective around self-sabotage, yet old mate had other ideas and lured me into unpacking some of the bullshit that is still floating around my belief system around connection, relationships, abandonment and of course, shame.
