Resource Management Act reform: National Party calls for urgent interim measures

The National Party says reforms to the Resource Management Act announced yesterday may make it harder, rather than easier, to build houses. The government has confirmed it will scrap the RMA and replace it with three new pieces of legislation. The Opposition says the government is not showing enough urgency when it comes to making it easier to build homes. Nicola Willis is National's spokesperson for Housing and RMA reform.
