Oxfam says nine out of 10 people in the poorest countries will miss out on a Covid-19 vaccination next year. But in high-income countries like New Zealand, governments have bought enough doses to vaccinate their entire populations multiple times over. Dr Joanna Spratt is from Oxfam.
