Covid-19: Government looking into new app for border workers

The government has been quietly investigating if returning New Zealanders and border workers could use a phone app that can detect Covid-19 before symptoms set in. Made in Auckland and dubbed 'the future of healthcare' by epidemiologist Michael Baker, its hoped elarm could plug gaps in the country's Covid-19 response. Katie Todd reports.
