Covid-19: Communication not good enough - Pasifika Medical Association CEO

There is criticism the government's Covid-19 messaging has been directed at mainstream New Zealand, at the expense of vulnerable communities such as Pasifika in South Auckland. Alert level protocols and the introduction of terms like "casual plus contact" have failed to gain sufficient traction, according to Debbie Sorenson, who is chief executive of the Pasifika Medical Association of New Zealand.
