A Wellington councillor has raised eyebrows by inviting a trustee of an eminent climate change sceptic organisation to speak at a meeting this morning. The council will be discussing their response to the Climate Change Commission's draft plan to make New Zealand carbon neutral by 2050. Harry Lock reports.
