The Pacific territory of Tokelau is building isolation shelters and restricting travel as its leaders seek to escape the reach of Covid-19. There have been no cases of the disease in the New Zealand territory yet, but it's facing increasing isolation due to its lack of air transport. Mackenzie Smith reports.
