Period products will soon be free for all primary, intermediate, secondary school and kura students. More than 3,000 students in Waikato have already been receiving the products as part of a trial of the programme. But now the scheme will be rolled out nationwide at a cost $25 million over the next three years. Here's political reporter Katie Scotcher with the details.
