Driver behaviour targeted to reduce New Zealand road toll

Eleven people died on New Zealand's roads between Christmas Eve and January the 5th, in what was one of the country's bloodiest holiday road tolls. And the head of the Road Transport Forum says the government isn't focusing enough on the real problem - driver behaviour. So, are we the problem? Nick Leggett, the chief executive of the Road Transport Forum speaks to Te Aniwa Hurihanganui.
