Covid-19 Response Minister Chris Hipkins says NZ's vaccination roll out has started small and will scale up over the coming weeks and months. The first results of the UK Covid-19 vaccination programme suggests it's having a significant impact on preventing serious illness. Analysis from Scotland shows the coronavirus vaccine has reduced hospital admissions by 85 percent for people with the Pfizer vaccine and 94 percent for the AstraZeneca jab.
