Covid-19: MIQ changes don't go far enough - expert

New strict managed isolation rules are being dismissed as inadequate, with Covid-19 still easily able to slip the country's safety net. They've been put in place as the Pulllman Hotel re-opens for returning New Zealanders after three people who'd left the hotel tested positive for Covid-19. Changes include reducing exercise time and improving ventilation but one expert says they don't go nearly far enough. Health correspondent Rowan Quinn reports.
