Covid-19: Epidemiologist on Australia-NZ travel after bubble bursting

Australia has extended a ban on quarantine-free travel across the ditch for New Zealanders for another 72 hours, with anyone arriving from Aotearoa now being put in hotel quarantine. Authorities are also searching for 12 travellers who arrived in Australia after leaving the Pullman Hotel. Seven are believed to be in New South Wales, two in Queensland and another three travellers are thought to have left Australia for Hong Kong. Tony Blakely is an epidemiologist in Melbourne.
