Australia deports a 15 year old boy back to New Zealand
The Prime Minister has asked for more information about a 15-year-old boy sent back to New Zealand by Australia on last week's flight of so-called 501 deportees. Karyn will speak with Children's Commissioner Judge Andrew Becroft who also has a number of questions about how this deportation aligns with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child which both New Zealand and Australia have ratified.
