Is there an appetite for a universal school lunch system in Australia?

Some children are sent to school without lunch. Some only eat half of what they take in their school bag. And then there's the high amount of junk food found in Australian lunch boxes. New research has found we may already have the tools and resources at our disposal to establish a universal school lunch system in Australia, but who would pay for it?
