Hello,

If you want to increase the likelihood of reaching your goals and dreams, goal visualization is where it all begins. By having the ability to visualize your goals, you do a few important things: It teaches your brain to recognize what resources it will need to help you succeed in reaching your goals

All top performers, regardless of profession, know the importance of picturing themselves succeeding in their minds before they actually do in reality. Something I have been able to translate over to the business arena from athletics is the power of visualization. It is extremely effective when harnessed and used correctly.

Glossophobia or speech anxiety is the fear of public speaking. The word glossophobia derives from the Greek γλῶσσα glōssa, meaning tongue, and φόβος phobos, fear or dread. Some people have this specific phobia, while others may also have broader social phobia or social anxiety disorder.

Visualization make your subconscious mind prepare for this reality.

Use this process and remove the difference
