BROWNSVILLE, Texas - The Rio Grande Valley Partnership recently held the BTX Developers Event in conjunction with the City of Brownsville, Greater Brownsville Incentives Corporation, and Brownsville Community Improvement Corporation.

The event attracted real estate developers and investors, both to a luncheon held at Brownsville Events Center and a bus tour. In fact, there were two bus tours, one covering downtown Brownsville, including the site of the eagerly-awaited eBridge Center for Business & Commercialization, and other a tour of industrial parks and the recently refurbished Brownsville-South Padre Island International Airport.\\xa0

There were five main speakers during the luncheon. One of them was Constanza Miner, retail and development manger for the City of Brownsville. In her presentation, Miner listed some of the coming retail establishments. These included:
