So often in life, we hide our differences so we are accepted easily by others, but by doing so we end up losing ourselves. What if embracing who we are was the societal norm, you aren't dumb because you aren't good at taking tests, your formal education doesn't define your abilities, your age doesn't hold you back from starting something new.\\xa0 If you have the passion, desire, the want to do something then you do it, screw everything else and do it for you!

This week I have the pleasure of introducing you to Catherine Aria , an independent Artist here in Vancouver. When I tell you that this one is a force to be reckoned with I truly mean it.\\xa0 Catherine has completely broken the societal norm by delving into a career that she knew nothing about, the one thing she did know was that this wasn't something she wanted to do but had to do. when Catherine started dabbling in music it was a way of therapy for her, now 4 years later she has released her first EP 'I don't write love songs" when you listen to her music it's like she is in your head, she has a beautiful way of sharing her story in a way where we can all relate.\\xa0
